That arrest happened in a brussels neighborhood. Now Islamic State terrorists say they have struck again. Two survivors, one clutching a baby, picked themselves up from the floor, moments after an explosion tore through the terminal. It was one of two powerful blasts at the Brussels Airport that blew out windows and caused a ceiling to cave in. Travelers ran for safety. Everyone was panicking. Voters were actually turned away from the polls this morning. Reporter yeah, matt, it happened at approximately 12 polling locations. They were experiencing ballot issues. They didnt have enough republican or democratic ballots printed, leaving some voters very frustrated they were turned away and couldnt vote. In apopka we saw angry voters who were not allowed to go and cast their ballots. There was a data glitch in the system. The number of Party Ballots printed they were supposed to print got switched with nonpartisan ballots which means they didnt have enough democratic or republican ballots printed. It only happened in polling locations where residents were also voting for local elections, including apopka, ocoee, belle isle, maitland, winter park and windemere. Theyre asking to extend the voting hours to 8 00. The governor to hear what he decides. This is the first time this has ever happened. Reporter lisa, the suspect is 19 year old michael da coda phillips. Police say he was staying with his mother just a few doors down from the victims. The victims mother says hes a total stranger. Hes being charged with two counts of attempted murder. Police say 19 year old phillips was staying right down the street from the couple he stabbed. A young man thats when her husband ran to help. But was also attacked. She was stabbed eight times. Her husband seven. Including several near his heart and stomach. Their two Young Children were home at the time, but were not hurt. Police quickly sent out this sketch of the mystery attacker. And almost immediately tips poured in. Phillips, his own father said he had recent severe anger issues. And when Police Showed the victims his picture, the wife started crying. She said it feels like hes looking at me the way he did when he hurt me.
