CEBU CITY Five persons were arrested while a minor was rescued in separate anti-illegal gambling operations in Dumanjug town, southern Cebu on Sunday, Sept. 4.
The series of operations targeting individuals involved in illegal numbers game called ‘swertres’ were conducted by operatives of the I
