Former lesean mccoy, and curtis brinkly, two of their friends assaulted office Duty Police Officers during fight here early sunday morning, covered g to the Police Report with cbs3 Eyewitness News obtained through sours close to the investigation, two off duty Philadelphia Police officers one off duty sergeant ordered four bottles of champagne, part of the Bottle Service at the club, one delivered to the officers table one of the cops then moved to different location with it. Thats when a member of mccoys group allegedly tried grabbing it from the officers hand and a fight broke out. The Police Report states mccoy, brinkly and that two other friend all attacked the officer pushing him to the grounds and punching, kicking, stomping his body and head multible times.
