Every one day spent in jail. A sixmonth sentence you actually spend three months before you get released. Thats partially due to overcrowding. I called to ask more about this, who came up with the idea on the condition of Good Behavior, ive called the sheriffs deputy and the courts and the Probation Department and all three are pointing fingers at each other saying it wasnt me, it was that guy. Nobody necessarily wants to take credit for coming up with the idea. But as i said part of the problem is overcrowding. Theyre bursting at the seam with inmates so as a way to make room for the next offender you credit somebody whose in jail, Good Behavior two days for every one day that is served. Also today one of the judges supporters explained why he thinks the judge got the sentence right. A deputy public defender here in Santa Clara County says he felt compel today speak up when he looked at social media and saw all the traffic flowing back and forth across the various platforms of social
Yesterday, and i mean luckily this storm we can say it is gone for everyone. Not here for new years eve good what a mess it was too but everything has dried out, that has been definitely good news. Few weeks. Mark had the responsibility of reforming the Consumer Product Safety Commission. It was long overdue. That commission was not exercising its authority and wasnt keeping americans safe as it should. Mark stepped up in a bipartisan fashion, he stepped up, and he ended up strengthening the Consumer Product Safety Commission through his efforts on the Senate Commerce committee. That will keep toxic toys out of stores. Many people recognize what mark pryor contributed in that effort.
