Woodruff the United Nations Refugee Agency announced a striking figure today the number of refugees and migrants making the dangerous Mediterranean Sea crossing to reach europe this year has now passed the 300,000 mark. Thats more than 40 higher than the Record Number who made the crossing in all of 2014. And that number doesnt include the 2,600 people who have died this year on the journey.
