commute at 60. we ll time the arrival of the showers coming up in just a little bit. a baltimore mother who was shot in the neck earlier this year is making real progress. now she has a new tool to make her life easier. christian schaffer has been following her story. this lady has been through so much. reporter: she was shot in the neck and paralyzed from the neck down. now shaunice can do much more. the company presented it to her this morning. when we first met her earlier this year sholy after the shooting she had a computer she could use but she had to move her head around to use it. now with this new one she can operate it by using her eyes. that makes it much easier to communicate with her family. she can take and send photos. she is strong enough to breathe and talk on her own. i feel much better. reporter: she was shot in the neck in may. she had stopped not far from her home. two men pulled up to her car, fired into this striking her in the neck. so far, the
