Community Invited To PEEC Pollinator Party May 22 - 6:47 am Celebrate Endangered Species Day at a Pollinator Party 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Los Alamos Nature Center. Courtesy/PEEC PEEC News: In honor of Endangered Species Day, the Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC) is throwing a Pollinator Party, and the community is invited. Join PEEC 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 22 at the Los Alamos Nature Center for this family-friendly celebration of local pollinators. Participants will make their own pollinator wings, plant seeds for bees and butterflies, search for local pollinators on a scavenger hunt, and more. This event is an in-person, family program that will take place outdoors at the nature center. Parents and guardians are required to stay with their children for this event.
