Relationships? Success in business or in family? The accumulation of stuff? Even when you get that raise or that new car, all of these things fall short of what truly satisfies.
For some of us, admitting any kind of need is difficult because we’re too invested in having it all together, or at least looking like it. Vulnerability doesn't feel like an option. Jesus welcomes us as we are.
Adoption is a beautiful thing and a powerful picture of who God is. In Ephesians, Paul tells us that adoption was not a Plan B. God actually had it in mind before He even created the earth!
