The University of Utah released documents related to the death of Chinese student Zhifan Dong, saying the school must err on side of full transparency. Dong was found dead in a Salt Lake City motel room after her boydfriend, Haoyu Wang, allegedly injected her with lethal amounts of fentanyl and heroin. Wang is charged with murder.
