Anyone who used Greg’s Taxi Service on March 11 and 12 is being asked to contact Lambton public health, officials say, after a driver recently tested positive for COVID-19.
The health unit is working with the company to collect information about its passengers’ trips on those days, but not all contact information is available, officials said in a news release.

“It is difficult to trace this person’s close contacts because of the nature of the taxicab industry, and we know that this taxi driver would have been in a confined space with members of the public while operating the taxi,” health protection supervisor Lori Lucas said in the news release.
