We start out with some clouds this morning, some cooler weather. Last couple of days of summer, and its going to feel very falllike. 61 degrees here at 4 30. Were looking at 50 around middletown, 61 newburgh. Temperatures all over the place depending on whether its clear. 52 in putnam county, 47 kingston and poughkeepsie. Were looking at 57 around norwalk. Its a little on the cool side. 61 around belmar and towards montauk 61 degrees. Wind out of the northeast. Its kind of ironic heather we close out today and tomorrow, but fall on wednesdays going to feel like summer. Thats good news. Well talk about our subway status. We are just rolling in on this problem, and weve got a lot of traffic on the inbound gowanus expressway coming off the verrazano bridge. What weve got is late running emergency construction. Thats what theyre calling this is emergency construction inbound on the gowanus just off the verrazano as you get into brooklyn. The big deal here is that right now the hov lane is completely shut down. Thats the lane at the far left there, that would normally be open at this time of the morning.

On the d and d trains downtown delays with that ongoing rail condition issue, and on the 3 train uptown local only 42nd to 96 with a rail condition.
