Police investigating the killings of four people in a small northeast Nebraska city have arrested a neighbor of the victims, the Nebraska State Patrol said.
A Nebraska State Patrol spokesman said he doesn't know how many people were found dead or how any of them died, but that fire was “involved” in both locations.
