Six Nations of the Grand River is reporting its second death from COVID-19 since the pandemic began last March.
In a news release Tuesday, the Six Nations elected council said the death was confirmed by Ohsweken Public Health over the weekend.

“Heartfelt condolences, thoughts and prayers are sent to the families at this time as they mourn the loss of their loved one,” the news release said.
Details about the person’s age or how the virus was contracted were not released.
