Broncos Strength Coach Tests Positive For COVID-19
If there s one person on the team you really don t want to get COVID, it s probably the coach who works up close and personal with every single player: that would be strength and conditioning coach Loren Landow.
Unfortunately, Landow did test positive for COVID-19 Friday, December 18, one day before the Broncos play the Buffalo Bills at Empower Field at Mile High Stadium.
Thankfully, Landow had been social distancing from the players so no additional Broncos staff will need to quarantine. According to 9News, however, the Broncos closed their headquarters and canceled their day-before-game walkthrough practice Friday.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. The Denver Broncos canceled their walkthrough Friday after strength and conditioning coach Loren Landow tested positive for the coronavirus.
“I was surprised this morning to learn that I tested positive for COVID-19,” Landow tweeted. “I feel great w no symptoms following all the guidelines of our medical staff. Gonna hurt not being out there tomorrow, and I can’t wait to get back to work!!”
It’s believed Landow is the second head strength and conditioning coach in the NFL to be infected with the coronavirus. Last month, Steve Saunders was reportedly the potential link in the COVID-19 outbreak that threw the Baltimore Ravens’ season into upheaval.
