Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lorain County will sponsor a free forum for parents and their teenaged children called "The Practice of Instilling Resilience in Your Teen" from 5:30 t0 8 p.m., Feb. 22, at the Lakeview Park Sunset Terrace, 1800 W. Erie Ave. in Lorain, according to a news release.
