At 12:42 p.m., Cal Fire Santa Clara Unit reported responding to vegetation fires in Pittsburg and Alamo in Contra Costa County and assisting with the Lopes Fire in Solano County.
Around 12:55 p.m., Cal Fire SCU said units had also responded to a vehicle fire that extended to vegetation on Highway 17 near Summit Road in the Santa Cruz Mountains in Santa Clara County. At 1:11 p.m., forward progress of the fire had been stopped at under an acre, officials said. Also in Santa Clara County, San Jose Fire Department reported that a 2-acre brush fire at Los Lagos Golf Course was under control by 4:55 p.m., with no injuries or evacuations.

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Wildfires ignited all over Northern California and parts of the Bay Area on Saturday following the first red flag warning of the year.
The warning, issued for much of Northern California, was originally meant to last until Monday but it was extended through 6 p.m. on Tuesday due to dry and breezy conditions, the National Weather Service announced Sunday.

Firefighters stop Solano wildfire in its tracks amid regional fire danger warning
CORDELIA Firefighters from multiple agencies stopped a wind-whipped vegetation fire in its tracks Saturday before it could spread beyond quick containment.
The fire ultimately scorched about 45 acres in the area of Lopes Road, the Solano County Office of Emergency Services reports.
Firefighters from the Cordelia Fire Protection District; the Fairfield, Benicia, Vacaville, Dixon and Napa fire departments; the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection; and Solano County roads crews converged on the scene.
