At least one person has died after a wrong-way crash on Loop 101 in North Phoenix. Just after 3 a.m. Saturday, the Arizona Department of Transportation was alerted of a wrong-way driver traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of Loop 101 near 19th Avenue.
A man is dead after going the wrong way on Loop 101 in Glendale. At about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, Arizona DPS troopers were alerted of a wrong-way driver entering southbound in the northbound lanes at Cardinals Way.

Two people were injured after a wrong-way driver crashed into a vehicle in the west Valley early Friday morning.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, officials received a report of a wrong-way vehicle headed southbound in the northbound lanes of Loop 101 near Glendale Avenue around 1:30 a.m.
The wrong-way driver, a 25-year-old woman, continued driving while other 911 callers reported the incident. When the driver transitioned onto Interstate 10, it collided with another car.
DPS says four minutes passed between the original report and the collision.
