Buju Banton When Buju Banton hurled a series of insults at Government Minister Alando Terrelonge on Instagram on Friday, many Dancehall fans were mortified, since the junior Culture, Gender and Entertainment Minister was defending the rights of Jamaican women against sexual harassment. Buju made four posts in quick succession in the comments section in a Jamaica Star article which was shared in Instagram and which quoted Terrelonge, as urging his colleagues in the Lower House of Parliament to prepare themselves to impose legislation against “vulgar catcalling”,  which is usually perpetrated by pestilent males who “seek to strip women of their dignity”, when debating the Sexual Harassment Bill on Tuesday.
