Mr. Buckland is a graduate of the university of kansas and had a 22year career in the u. S. Army in which he rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel, slightly higher than i got to when i was in the army, and he has many awards. He served much of his career in special forces. You see some of the awards he received during that time period. We thank him for his service. He currently works for the United States government.
