© Getty Images Longtime Nevada political reporter Jon Ralston is writing a book about the life and political career of former Sen. Harry Reid News of the book deal was first reported Wednesday by Punchbowl News, which in its morning newsletter called Ralston  the unofficial dean of Nevada political press corps, saying he knows more about the Battle Born State than anyone. Ralston confirmed the news in a tweet later Wednesday morning, saying a biography of Reid is something he has long wanted to write.   ADVERTISEMENT He is arguably the most powerful man in NV history and an important national figure, Ralston said.
