Police responded to an overdose in the 2500 block of Main Street. A juvenile female was taken to the hospital and later arrested on unrelated warrants.
As seen in Officer Justin Hill’s dashcam footage, the officer was able to bend the car’s window frame off of the vehicle with the help of a passenger and a citizen.
