Littlejohn & Co., LLC (“Littlejohn”), a private investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, today announced the promotion of Steven Kalter to Managing Director.
Throughout his time with the firm, Mr. Kalter played an instrumental role on many successful Littlejohn investments, including Installed Building Products, SunSource, GSE Environmental and Henniges Automotive. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Littlejohn portfolio companies, including Brown Jordan International, The Cook & Boardman Group, Kaman Distribution Group, and Dana Kepner Company.
