Rescuers in florida desperately searching for nearly 100 people still unaccounted for after a condo high rise just collapsed this morning. New video that we just got moments ago here shows a frantic effort under way by rescuers. This video is in the flooded basement of that building. The Building Collapsed, you see those collapse marks, and in that basement, people still desperately searching in surf side, florida, just north of miami beach.
