The Lone Sailor Division is a West Orange County Sea Cadets unit with about 24 youth participants who learn leadership skills and gain confidence while discovering their purpose.
Friends, family and peers gathered at a vigil at Foundation Academy in Winter Garden to pay their respects to U.S. Army Second Lt. Evan Fitzgibbon, who died last week in a training accident in Georgia.
