BRANDON IS ACCUSED OF SHOOTING AND KILLING [INDISCERNIBLE] DID KNOWINGLY CAUSE THE DEATH OF LUIS GARCIA BY SHOOTING HIM THROUGH THE NECK IN THE NECK WITH A FIREARM, CAUSING HIS DEATH. DALE HOLLOWAY IS ACCUSED OF FIRING A GUN THERE 12 DAYS LATER INSIDE OF A PELHAM CHURC, HITTING A BISHOP WHO WAS SHOT IN THE CHEST. EVERYONE SURVIVED. HIS ATTORNEY IS NOW ASKING A JUST FOR EVIDENCE OF SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED AFTER CASTIGLIONE ALLEGEDLY SHOT AND KILLED GARCIA.
