A relatively small percentage of people in London are taking advantage of a new pricing scheme for the power they use in their homes, but compared to other utilities, including Hydro One, the uptake here looks promising.
Nearly 10 per cent of London Hydro residential customers 16,000 out of 162,000 have made the switch from time-of-use (TOU) pricing to tiered pricing, the utility says.
