Blackburn Magistrates Court TWO men have appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with blackmail and kidnap after a hospital doctor, who made contact via the dating website Grinder, was lured to a Nelson address. Blackburn magistrates heard the victim was naked in a bedroom when two men burst in and started filming him. They are alleged to have demanded money not to reveal the footage to his family. Kamar Ilyas, 32, of Lomeshaye Road, Nelson, and Aman Ullah Khan, 32, of Milton Street, Nelson, were sent in custody to Burnley Crown Court where they will appear on March 25. Ilyas is also charged with witness intimidation and that was also sent to the Crown Court.
