While the victim was in the driver's seat of her car, Bryan Church allegedly approached the vehicle, opened the front passenger door of the car and sat down inside the car. Church then allegedly told the victim he needed a ride. When the victim refused and told Church to get out of the car, prosecutors said Church told the victim to get out of the car or he was going to slit her throat.
The Lombard Police Department announced it issued 301 citations during the recent Memorial Day Click It or Ticket enforcement period and the Roadside Safety Check on May 27.
