Three suspected Internet fraudsters on Wednesday escaped being lynched by an irate mob at the Lokogoma area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja. The suspects were said to have tried to defraud a female Point of Sale (POS) machine operator and subsequently dragged her into the boot of their car and zoomed off. SaharaReporters gathered that some people sighted the suspects while carrying out the operation and chased them to the point of asking other motorists to block their vehicle which eventually allowed the mob to apprehend them.
