Emma Charles turns in another first-place finish for the Cougars. Caribou's Kayley Bell and Orono's Ruth White also won girls state titles, while Falmouth's Joey Rouhana, Leavitt's Logan Ouellette and Mt. Abram's Alex Hemingway are the boys champions.
