Developing this morning in milwaukee the National Guard is on standby after two nights of . Violent unrest. Police say shots were fired at 3 different locations. And one person was hit. This all comes after a black man was shot and killed during a traffic stop. Businesses were burned midnight. At least 17 people were arrested and 4 officers hurt. Police have not named the officer involved in the shooting. But say he is a 24year old African American with several years of police experience. The man shot by police was 23year old sylville smith.
