ASHLAND, Mo. (KMIZ)
Construction it set to begin on an outdoor entertainment park in Ashland. Lakeside Ashland will be located in the 5900 block of east Log Providence road just west of 63 near the Columbia Airport.
The plans include a nature area, outdoor movie theater and golfing.
The mayor of Ashland announced the project earlier this week during a Facebook live.
The owner, Nic Parks says the park will have something for the whole family.
CEO of The Pinball Company and Parks Amusements Nic Parks says, This is all about families, and we ll go into the layout, you ll see that we ve got some elements that this isn t about maximizing return on investment for what this project is it s all about providing everything, people, you know everybody in the family something to do.
