Three Cars Destroyed During Arson Attack Three cars have been destroyed following an arson attacked at the house of a serving police officer in Larne.
Three cars were set on fire outside the property on the Glenarm Road shortly before 1.45am on Thursday, 29 April.
The officer, his wife and daughter were in the house at the time but were not physically harmed.
PSNI Detective Chief Inspector Danny McCubbin said: Thankfully, no injuries have been reported in what was a terrifying ordeal for the officer and his family. There are no words to describe those who would set fire to vehicles in the dark of night outside a family home when the occupants were asleep inside.

LIMAVADY: Woman arrested in murder investigation
Searches are also being conducted at two properties in the Limavady area.
Ludmila Poletelova was found dead in Limavady on Friday.

A 45-year-old woman has been arrested as part of the police investigation into the murder of Ludmila Poletelova, who was found dead in her flat in Lodge Court, Limavady, on Friday afternoon.
Detectives from the PSNI Major Investigations Team arrested the woman on Sunday evening (April 25).
Detective Chief Inspector Neil McGuinness said: “The woman, aged 45, was arrested in the Limavady area, on suspicion of murder, and has been taken into custody for questioning.
