Elected officials opposed to Canada’s COVID lockdowns are banding together today for a news conference on Parliament Hill.
The 11AM event is being hosted by Federal MP Derek Sloan (Hastings-Lennox & Addington).
The member will be joined by Randy Hillier (MPP, Lanark-Frontenac-Kingston) Maxime Bernier (Leader of the People’s Party of Canada) and Pastor Michael Thiessen.
The End the Lockdown Caucus members will share what they consider to be evidence on why lockdowns aren’t effective and have caused more harm than good.
The group will also discuss how governments’ responses to COVID have created a political crisis that is threatening the fabric of both our country and society.
