Congress to monitor the implementation of the European Charter of Local Self-Government in Spain News 2021 English Diminuer la taille du texte Augmenter la taille du texte Imprimer la page Imprimer en PDF A delegation from the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe will monitor the application of the Charter in Spain, from 18 to 20 May 2021. The delegation consists of the rapporteurs Bryony Rudkin (United Kingdom, SOC/G/PD) and David Eray (Switzerland, EPP/CCE). They will hold meetings with local and national authorities of Spain to evaluate the implementation of the charter. The previous monitoring report and recommendation about local and regional democracy in Spain were adopted in 2013. All meetings will be held remotely due to the current health crisis.
