that is something that we normally never it is a look from the probation department and it is basically a deep dive into a defendant s character. so that is not something that we ever see. and if there is a dispute about it, that is not something that they can or should put on the public record and it really doesn t tell us much more about paul manafort s crimes. so that is important to note. other redactions we ve seen are ones that frankly i d expect, redactions that have to do where peoplewhere with people s names for instance congressmen that were lobbied. those congressmen are not alleged to have done any wrongdoing. they just were hearing out a specific lobbying effort. so the fact that we don t see those names doesn t strike me as anything unusual and doesn t indicate to me that there is some broader big ongoing investigation here that is somehow being protected. so that is my quick read of it. i d like an opportunity to read
