Birthplace of Route 66 Festival organizers the City of Springfield, Aaron Sachs & Associates, KY3/KSPR/CW, Downtown Springfield Association, and West Central Neighborhood Alliance announced the lineup for the 2023 festival in a news conference Tuesday.
