Joseph Alexis has a hearing set for March 8 in Lloydminster Saskatchewan Provincial Court. Alexis was taken into custody after Lloydminster RCMP was called to a fight at a home on 43 Street and 48 Avenue on February 21st. They found a 51-year-old man was stabbed and EMS transported him to hospital. Police say Alexis fled the area but was found and taken in shortly afterwards. Alexis is charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and three counts of probation breach. The allegations against the accused have not been proven in court.

Lloydminster RCMP arrest suspect after man stabbed SHARE ON: The Lloydminster RCMP have arrested a man accused of stabbing someone on Sunday night. On February 21st, around 10:3o PM, police were called about a disturbance at a home on 43 Street and 48 Avenue. There, they found the 51-year-old victim, who had been stabbed in a fight with another man. Officers provided emergency medical attention, and the victim was taken to hospital by EMS. The suspect had already fled the scene, but was found at another location shortly afterwards. Joseph Alexis has been arrested and charged with alleged aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and three counts of probation breach.
