A regular at the gay club told the Orlando Sentinel he had seen omar mateen at the bar b he said mateen would drink by himself and be loud and belligerent. Investigators say at this point it appears mateen acted alone. So far, we see no indication that this was a plot directed from outside the united states. Although mateen was shot and killed by police, investigators are still combing the nightclub and area for evidence. The fbi also searched his home and electronic devices.
