Wesley United Methodist Church in Aurora marked twin milestones on Sunday, Oct. 16. The Rev. John Bell, pastor since 2012, was honored on his 10th anniversary of leadership. Ruth Ann Little of Aurora, a lifelong Wesley congregant, was celebrated on her 90th birthday.
Shoplifters fined for stealing from shops in Bracknell and Wokingham FOUR people have been convicted of stealing alcohol and hair products from shops in Bracknell Forestover the couple of months. Of these shoplifters who appeared in Berkshire Magistrates’ Court on charges of theft, four of them pleaded guilty, three of which have been punished for their crimes. One is currently remanded in bail until November 11 but has entered a guilty plea.
