A man sent a friend a text message saying ‘I’m done’ just hours before his body was pulled from an estuary. Sean Mahoney-Brown, who was 46, was the subject of a large-scale search which had been launched involving police, fire crews, coastguard teams, a rescue helicopter, and a local rescue lifeboat after people reported hearing screams coming from the area near Towy Boat Club near Llansteffan, Carmarthenshire, during the early hours of September 15 last year.
