Ten students then advanced to Central District 4-H Contest.
Pittsylvania County representation in the junior division at Central District Contest included Emily Shelhorse, Lizzie Kendig, Madelyn Oliver and Olivia Smotherman. Representation in the intermediate division included Makayla Lewis, Avery Norton, Colton Chromy and Rye Kendig. Lastly, senior division representation included Taylor Giles and Alexandra Smotherman.
All Heritage students who participated at the district level received blue ribbons in their respective categories. Special congratulations are extended to Colton Chromy and Taylor Giles for winning first place in their age divisions.
