West One Loans has brought back its range of fixed-rate residential loans and boosted its senior team. The specialist lender now offers two- and five-year loans covering its Platinum, Prime Plus, Prime and Near Prime products. Its five-year fixes start at 6.84%, while its two-year fixes begin at 7.21%. West One
Loans Warehouse has made a number of key promotions, including the appointment of Ahmad Tabesh as director of IT.
Tabesh joins existing board members Sam Busfield, Matt Tristram and Nick Rember, who joined the board in January.
Lizzie Fonseca has been promoted to head of advised sales, having joined Loans Warehouse last summer, and Jordan Chandler has been appointed as head of completions, having joined Loans Warehouse in 2015 as a paraplanner.
It has also launched a number of key partnerships with mortgage intermediaries, as well as Moneyfacts, Black & White Bridging and most recently the first addition to the Mortgage Advice Bureau’s Specialist Panel.
