So, let’s take a look at a wrap-up of some of the stories I did in 2020.
I spent the first six months of the year in the News department and the latter six in the Features department, but oddly enough, quite a few of my stories were in the features, food or lifestyle realm even before I was officially in the department.
My stories ranged from sports-related stories about former area athletes who are still involved in their sports decades later, to stories about good habits people formed during the pandemic, how young adults have dealt with stress and anxiety, how the Black Lives Matter movement has influenced the arts, new restaurant openings and closings and profiles on restaurant owners.
