Two friends are calling for a council to carry out improvement works at a cemetery.
Ruby Meharg and Liz Rowley are incensed with the state of Longton cemetery and have called for Stoke-on-Trent City Council to take action.
They have spent hours clearing up rubbish dumped at the Spring Garden Road site and now want the local authority to get involved and give the town a chapel and cemetery it can be proud of.
