Liz boyer says just as he did in life, her husband quinn is teaching her in death. Adventurous and big hearted and loving and motivated to make a difference in his community he saw the good in others. He met his match in liz when they were working at a private transport company. They travelled and made plans for the future and dedicated themselves to a life of helping others. And on april 2nd, weeks shy of their oneyear wedding anniversary it all fell apart. On crime by freeing officers from hours of report taking we hope it allows the sworn officers to become more available for emergency calls for service, proactive work that will help reduce crime in the city.
