May 25, 2021 at 2:24 PM LIVINGSTON, NJ  A family poodle succumbed to severe injuries while at the vet on Friday after being attacked by another dog on Millstone Drive at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, according to Livingston police. Livingston officers responded to a report of a dog attack to find a Millstone Drive resident in the street holding a severely injured poodle. According to police, the man with the poodle said his dog was walking on a leash when it was attacked by an unleashed terrier mix that charged from the lawn of a nearby home. The man also said the attacking animal was retrieved and taken into the home of a family that had been fostering the dog on behalf of a rescue service. Involved parties reported that the foster dog had escaped from a fenced-in backyard before attacking the poodle, according to police.  

Ride the Livingston Express Shuttle For Free Through Labor Day 2021

May 15, 2021 at 6:00 PM LIVINGSTON, NJ  As a special “welcome back” after a long hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Livingston Express Shuttle will be offered free of charge from May 17 through Labor Day, Sept. 6, with a schedule devised to provide maximum flexibility while following proper social-distancing guidelines. In order to enforce social distancing on the Livingston Express Shuttle, the maximum occupancy is 10 people. Also in accordance with the state’s most recent executive orders, masks must be worn at all times while on board as well as inside all stations and facilities. Additionally, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited on board.
