Great lakes communities, including many in my own district along the shores of lake michigan, are in critical need of shore line projects to protect against devastating erosion. OCEAN — The newly approved state budget includes significant investments to bolster coastal environmental projects that benefit the region’s economy. It allocates funding to the N.C Coastal Federation to carry
