Liverpool Highschool (LHS) is set to break ground on its new community outdoor space.
The project includes an 8-lane running track installed around the existing soccer fields, space for basketball and beach volleyball, a community garden, and first nations learning space.
LHS Vice-Principal Todd Symes says the idea was originally suggested by students, “Members of the student council originally brought the idea to the athletic director and we’ve been supporting them ever since.”
