Flooding of low lying land is possible in the following places: Fiddlers Ferry between 13:30 and 14:15. Eastford Road between 13:45 and 14:30. Arpley Bridge between 14:00 and 14:45. It is possible that river levels may affect Arpley Road under the railway bridge. People are advised to stay away from risk areas and take care around locations adjacent to the Mersey Estuary in Warrington. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you if necessary.
